This fourfold loop in light or premium quality impresses with the combination of the placement colors with red or white elements. The "Bukarest" consists of four rings, the outer and the second ring in placement color and the third and middle ring in either red or white. The same goes for the five 35cm long ribbons, three are in placement color (left, right and on top) and two in either red or white (second from the left and right). It's an aesthetic decision if red or white is used. For example the first four placement colors: gold = red, silver = red, blue = white, red = white.
